Qns: What are the ingredients used?

Qns: What many cookies do I need to take per day?

Ans: Please take 3 to 4 cookies per day with a tall glass of water (remember fluid is an important ingredient for production of breastmilk)

Qns: What is the difference between the Super Lactation Brownie vs Lactation Cookies?

Ans: Our brownies uses a totally different set of galactogogues. If you find that you need alternatives to Brewer’s Yeast, then you can consider ordering our Super Lactation Brownie. Its contains fenugreek, fennel and alfafa.

Qns: Which works better? Should I take the brownie or cookie?

Ans: Different people react differently to the galactogogues. We suggest that you try the cookies first. However if you find that you would like to see even more significant increase in the breastmilk supply, then try our super lactation brownie. Our customer raves about its wonders.

Qns: How many brownies should I consume per day?

​

Ans:  For best effects, consume 2 brownies per day for the 1st 3 days. Afterwhich take 1 brownie per day to maintain the supply.

Qns: How long can I keep the products?

​

Ans: For the cookies, you can keep them for 3 to 4 weeks in the resealable ziplock packaging that comes with the product when it is delivered to you. Should you intend to keep it for longer period of time, we would advise you to keep them in the fridge.

For brownies, you are advised to consume them within 1 to 2 weeks. Keeping them in the fridge will help to extend the lifespan for another week. Lightly heat it up in a toaster or oven before eating.

PS: Great to consume them with a scope of vanilla ice cream!!

Qns: Is it safe for children and my hubby to consume?

Ans: Yes, it is definitely safe for your children or any adult to consume. In fact is a very healthy snacks full of nutrients. Do not worry, your hubby will not be engorged.
